Experience Wellness is located in a convenient, private, and comfortable setting in Lincolnshire, Illinois. We provide a unique and stimulating environment that encourages clients to develop strategies and techniques to reduce stress and learn new coping skills.
We create a physically safe and emotionally secure environment to work through life’s challenges. Unlike more traditional therapeutic settings, it is our philosophy that by bridging a connection between the body and the mind we are able to promote the overall wellness of our clients. We focus on bringing about healthy changes by integrating evidence-based therapeutic practices with mindfulness, meditation, and physical activities.

Most of our children will face challenges as they move through their childhood into adulthood. Regardless if the issue is a temporary setback or ongoing concern, children will address that issue differently depending on their stage of life. The counseling relationship can help children and adolescents cope with their problems during all stages of life. When counseling children, we believe in parent involvement as an essential part of the counseling relationship.
